You surely can, just pay for one month and pause your subscription when finished, you will still have credit until the 31st day, and return when you have future design needs after your 31 day service plan is over.

All your requests are queued in Trello. Other common requests: Sharing Google docs, Wireframes, and Brief Loom video if you prefer not to write a brief. As long as it can be linked to or shared in Trello. Our request design portal is very simple, no worries.

The pausing your subscription feature comes in handy, when you don’t have enough design work to fill up the entire month, and just have a few requests at such time.

Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. If you sign up and use the service for 25 days, and then pause your plan subscription. The billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have 6 days of service remaining until the 31st day.

Due to the digital nature of the work and the business plan designed to give our clients the lowest possible price, there will be no refunds issued. We stand by our quality work and there has never been an issue with a client not liking our work.
