Power Up Electric Inc.
Power Up Electric Inc. is a Los Angeles company providing electrical services since 1983 to residential, commercial and industrial customers. They service residential customers from the most minor repairs and installa- tions to the complete rewiring of the residence. Their service to commercial accounts includes electrical installations of machinery as well as trade show installations just to name a few.
In 2006, Power Up found us on the web and originally requested uniforms and some collateral materials. After review of their original materials, we asked them if they consider an upgrade to their logo and identity in general to help with the appearance of the materials we were producing for them. We found them very receptive to advice and support and conversations regarding rebrand their organization and formulation a marketing plan began in earnest. We devised their first advertising campaign covering a six month period advertising in several different media outlets. At the end of that period, their business improved by 7%.
In 2007, a campaign was created to target commercial and industrial construction expanding upon the successful methods of the last campaign. Progress was slow but steady. When the economic downturn surfaced, we anticipated that changes to the campaign would better serve our client and it was decided to change the direction of the campaign from targeting commercial construction to targeting homeowners. Avozar’s nimble marketing approach more than helped the company stay afloat. Their web presence was optimized and we were able to place them on page one of Google when using five key search terms. From 2009 to 2010 they experienced another 10% in growth in just under nine months.
In 2012, we created a trendy campaign for them and aimed to modernize their web presence and workflow, integrating their website with the latest databasing technologies. This allowed them to maximize their administrative efficiency and better respond to market forces and opportunities. This, in turn, helped them change their business practices so that they are now able to conduct a marketing strategy review every three months. The company continues to experience steady growth.
Today, Power Up Electric now has a fleet of trucks and has newly acquired office spaces. All employees are now interfacing with each other using the latest technologies, all integrated with the web. Since our stewardship of their advertising practices, they have more than tripled their business.
